Seth L. Cooper is an attorney and
public policy analyst.  He currently
serves as the Telecommunications
and Information Technology Task
Force Director at the American
Legislative Exchange Council
(ALEC).  His work in telecom and
tech issues embodies ALEC’s
guiding principles of free markets,
limited government, federalism, and
individual liberty.  
 
Prior to his work with ALEC, Seth
worked in 2007 as a contract attorney
in Washington State.  He also served
as a Caucus Staff Counsel in the
Washington State Senate during its
2007 Legislative Session.
